About DIGS:  Technical Direction

Our Technical Director - Scott Mosé
The heart of the DIGS program is our technical director, Scott Mosé.  Elected as a charter member to the YMCA Volleyball Hall of Fame (the YMCA invented volleyball in 1895 in Holyoke, Mass), Scott is a legend in US national volleyball, with over 40 years of playing and teaching experience (and still going very strong!).  This includes serving as assistant coach of the US National Team and head coach of the US National Team for the Deaf, as well as founding the World Volleyball Training Center (YMCA of Greater New York).  He is also a former coach at both Rutgers and Seton Hall Universities.

Under his leadership the DIGS club has grown from 17 girls to nine full teams, attracting the area's premier athletes.
