About Volleyball:  Conditioning

Supplemental Conditioning Options (not affiliated with DIGS)

Players can significantly improve their volleyball performance through supplemental fundamental physical conditioning and training (sometimes known as "core training").  Below are programs in the Bergen County area that DIGS knows of that offer appropriate core training for young female athletes. 

We provide this information without recommendation or validation of the program itself.  Parents are strongly encouraged to assess each program and obtain input from our families that have used the services before contracting with the program.
