For the 2010 season we are offering a hooded sweatshirt, sweatpants, a long sleeve T-shirt, and a short sleeve T-shirt.

The hooded sweatshirt comes printed on the back with the name of the person listed on the form .  If you do not want the name included (say, if the sweatshirt is for a parent), write "no name" next to the item on the form.

Order forms will be distributed by your Team Representative.  Orders along with payments received after April 11th, 2010 cannot be processed.  Your Team Reps will provide you with the information on how to place your order. 

Below are samples of what the items will look like.  The short sleeve T-shirt will have the same logo as the long sleeve without the year on the sleeve .
