Four-step Process to Register for Clinic / Team Try-outs

Step 3:  Complete DIGS Online Registration

DIGS clinic participation is available only through advanced online registration -- no walk-in registrations or mailings that do not have a completed online registration will be accepted.

DIGS provides a convenient and secure online registration service from D4 Sports.com. This service also allows for clinic fee payment ($100.00 for freshmen and younger and $90.00 for sophomores and older) with a credit or debit card at no additional charge.

Clinic payment is made exclusively online by credit card.  If you have questions or must pay by cash or check, please contact us.

To register online, access the DIGS Registration System.  This will open a second, separate browser window.  Keep the DIGS browser open and return to it once you have completed the online portion of the registration and payment process.

Please keep the points below in mind as you prepare to use the online registration service.  The DIGS system is fairly simple and intuitive.

  • Online Registration for all players must be made by an
  • adult.
  • For families new to DIGS, the adult must first set up his/her parent account and provide the parent/guardian's name, address, phone number, and email address; the adult will also create an account password.
    • The email address should be the parent's; it should be one that is commonly used / accessed ― key communications from DIGS will be sent to that address, including announcements of team selections.
    • The password should be recorded - this will enable you will to return to your account for future registrations and payments; team members club dues will be paid via this service. ·
    • The parent/guardian will then be able to establish sub-accounts for one or more of their player children.
      • Note that the address and phone number of the online parent account will be associated with that child. ·
  • For returning DIGS families, you should access your prior club account.  If you have forgotten your password, the screen allows you to enter the email associated with the account to have it sent to you.  If you have trouble with the associated email account or have forgotten it (or your email accounts have changed), contact us and we'll update your information and provide you access.
    • When you register your daughter, you will be asked to confirm/provide key information, such as your daughter's current grade and height, and essential parent/guardian and emergency contact information.
    • Be sure to update your daughter's grade, height, etc.
  • On the last page of registration, print out a copy of your confirmation - please make two copies:
    • Retain one copy for your records.
    • Send in the other copy to DIGS in your mailing (see Step 4).
    • If you have trouble printing the receipt, an automatic email confirmation will be sent to you shortly after completing registration - it will be sufficient proof of registration.

Now proceed to Step 4:  Mail In Forms And Documents.
