Fuego Burns Hot at GEVA #2 and #3
DIGS 15 Red broke out of its early season blahs with a commanding performance at GEVA Ranking #2, winning it all in the second flight and ensuring that the team would be among the elite at the final GEVA Ranking Tournament on March 29.
Proving this predication correct, Fuego arrived at DAC on March 29 to face the best of GEVA, working hard to play toe-to-toe against the the strongest teams, winning four of five matches. ON TO THE REGIONALS!.

DIGS 15 Red Sees Successes and Challenges at GEVA Seeding
DIGS 15 Red got the season going with a 6 -2 record in pool play at the High Performance Volleyball Academy's new crib in Lakewood yesterday. Facing an ocean of 15s teams from across the region, 15 Red demonstrated flashes of brilliance in several games, including very impressive serving and net work.
The AVVC 15-1 and Academy 15-1 teams proved what a prepared opponent means, however, as DIGS couldn't take a set in these matches, teeing up the opportunity for practice and preparation with GEVA Ranking #1 and the Capitol Hill tournaments coming up in the next three weeks.
