DIGS (a/k/a "Do It Garden State" and "Jersey Girls Volleyball Club") is a not-for-profit girls volleyball club dedicated to developing middle and high school female student-athletes in the northern New Jersey and downstate New York region.  Our goals include developing exceptional volleyball skills and helping young women to develop into responsible adults, providing the lessons that will help them serve as tomorrow's leaders.

Little Spikes is our clinic style program that caters to youth athletes as  young as 2nd grade through 8th grade.  Please see the flyer for upcoming clinic dates!
